DeirEzzor24 exclusive report :
A meeting was held in the Russian reconciliation center in Hatla, which included notables from the villages of the east of the Euphrates. The head ofthe Russian/Syrian reconciliation center,Yahuz Samoli, ordered an increase in the ongoing efforts to convince the displaced of the aforesaid villages to return to their homes provided that they undergo reconciliation with the regime.
Samoli spoke about the the crossing of the Russian patrols from the SDF-held areas, the closure of the crossings and the protests against the Asssad regime and the Russian presence in the area.
The meeting was attended by the commander of the Russian forces in the area, General Raslan, the head of the center in Hatlah, Lieutenant Yourslav, and Abdullah Shalash, the coordinator of the reconciliations in Deir Ezzor, as well as the mayor of the Murat town, Mohamed Rakad, and the journalist Abdul Aziz Diyab and Jamil Shlal from Khsham town.
It should be pointed out that locals continue to strongly refuse the entry of the Russian militias into their areas. They have held several protests in which they cut off the road to Russian patrols, viewing their passage as a step that paves the way for the Assad forces to control the area, which locals strongly reject.
