The Assad regime allocated a budget of hundreds of millions of liras to equip a new headquarters for the Baath Party branch in Deir Ezzor, instead of its old headquarters located in the destroyed Al-Huwayqa neighborhood, according to what a DeirEzzor24 local reporter.
Our local reporter said that Assad regime officials decided to allocate the former court building as a new headquarters for the Baath Party branch.
The Assad regime ignored the demands of the people to rehabilitate their neighborhoods, claiming that the necessary funds for reconstruction operations were not available.
