Muhammad Izzat Katbi, a member of the central leadership of the Baath Party, arrived in the city of Deir Ezzor last night, according to what a private source told the DeirEzzor24 network.

Our reporter said that “Katibi” came to put the final touch on the party’s appeal process to choose seats in the People’s Assembly by opening a secret auction run by the Secretary of the Deir Ezzor Branch, “Raed Ghadhban,” in the party branch building in the city of Deir Ezzor.
