DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Several elements of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in Deir Ezzor are using methods similar to the military units of Assad’s forces, according to what was monitored by the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our correspondent said that a member of the Iranian-backed militia pays a sum of money amounting to 500,000 Syrian pounds (equivalent to 30 dollars), which is a third of his salary, in exchange for covering his 20-day shift at points and headquarters.
He added that the amount is paid to the local self-government official or the local militia commander, and the names and lists of the alternative are manipulated in cases of military commanders inspecting Iranian “pilgrims.”
One of the search leaders is known as “Khalaf Al-Zarzour,” a leader in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia and responsible for the Tribal Lions militia led by “Nawaf Al-Bashir” in the Mu’ayzila sector, south of Al-Bukamal.
