DeirEzzor24 network has managed to obtain a video clip that documents Russian forces as they distribute expired foodstuffs among other humanitarian aid in Deir Ezzor.
Based on the video, which was filmed by a reporter of DeirEzzor24 network in the town of Khasham, east of Deir Ezzor, on Tuesday 20/6/2023, the cooking oil expired about 4 months ago, the tea about a year ago, and the Nestle milk about 4 months ago.
This expired aid has also been distributed in the villages of Marat, Mazloum, Al-Tabiya, Al-Mayadin, Hatla, Al-Husseiniya and Al-Jafra by the Russian forces.
