DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The pharmacies of Deir Ezzor areas under the control of the Assad regime lack several types of medicines used to treat communicable diseases, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our correspondent said that the most important lost medicines are blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, pain relievers and infant formula.
He added that the Assad regime’s Pharmacists Syndicate is unable to provide local medicines to pharmacies, and if medicines are available at some pharmacies, their prices are very high.
It is worth noting that this shortage coincides with the spread of cholera, the advent of winter and the accompanying communicable diseases that require large quantities of medicine.
