DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
DeirEzzor24 correspondent said that the grain marketing center in Deir Ezzor blackmails farmers into paying bribes in exchange for improving the grade of wheat supplied in the agricultural bank bills, without regard to quality standards and impurities.
Our correspondent pointed out that some farmers told DeirEzzor 24 that the quantities of wheat provided by a large number of them were classified as fodder at a price of (1600 SP) per kilo, excluding marketing and tax rebates, to force farmers to pay bribes, knowing that its quality is acceptable.
It is noteworthy that the government of the Assad regime had recently priced a kilo of wheat at 1,700 SYP, in addition to 300 SYP as a reward for the quantities supplied from within its areas of control, and 400 as a reward for farmers from the areas under the control of the Assad regime.
