The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Deir Ezzor canceled the heating fuel consignments, and allowed citizens to go to gas stations to fill up heating, each of which has an allowance of 50 liters until the end of this year.

Gas station owners tamper with the meters, allowing them to steal between 4 to 8 liters of each smart card, knowing that these allowances are for the whole year, pending new payments next year.

Al-Assad’s forces tend to lift the subsidies on all subsidized materials, including fuel and others, while showing their inability to secure the minimum requirements of citizens.
