Faddel al-Najar the new governor of Deir Ezzor expelled a delegation of people of Deir Ezzor from his office in the al-Muhafaza building in the al-Jourah neighborhood, Deir Ezzor.
The delegation headed to the governor’s office to submit complaints about services issues, after the governor’s recent tour in which he stated that he will receive everyone. The delegation waited for two hours at the door to meet the governor, but he ordered his guards to expel the delegation under the pretext that he was busy.
The Assad regime appointed al-Najar as a governor of Deir Ezzor on October 26,2020.
