Daesh has announced what it described as ‘Al-Nafir Al-Aam (the general departure for war) to repel the invasion of Assad’s forces against its areas in Deir Ezzor. It has distributed leaflets containing the message to civilians residing in the city of Deir Ezzor and its countryside.
The organization has also issued a decision which forces civilians whose ages are above 30 to register their names at Daesh security checkpoints.
According to the published statement, the recruits will undergo a sharia and military session, then, they will be deployed to the front lines to fight for the organization.
The organization also warned those who might not register their names in a one-week deadline that they will be forced t to fight for its ranks, which some people explain as the beginning of a mass mobilization of Daesh manpower in the province.
This step coincides with the setbacks of Daesh which includes the loss of Mosul in Iraq and the casualties and losses it has sustained in the ongoing battle of Raqqa.
The statement was issued on Thursday as the organization will propagate the general departure for war in its khutbah during Friday prayer tomorrow.
