Today, Wednesday, unidentified perpetrators assassinated a military commander in the SDF on the road between Al-Harjiyah and Hajnah towns, in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside.
According to special sources for D24 network, the leader who was killed is named Ahmed Muslim Al-Kardoush, and is a leader of a regiment in Shaddadi city in the southern Hasakah countryside.
The assassination took place after Al-Kardoush came out of a military meeting of the SDF in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside.
It is noted recently that a number of military commanders of the SDF have been assassinated by IEDs or by shooting.
It is indicated that no one has claimed the responsibility for the assasination, and also the SDF have not announced assassination of the leader in their forces, Ahmed Al-Kardoush.
