The civilians of Deir Ezzor in the areas controlled by the Assad’s forces and militias affiliated with them repeatedly complained about the repeated theft and looting, which affected even electricity meters and domestic water pumps.

The streets of Deir Ezzor in the areas controlled by the Assad’s forces are suffering from theft of women’s bags by thieves riding motorcycles, under the negligence of the Assad regime security branches, who failed to take any action against this situation, which continues to trouble the civilians of Deir Ezzor.
