Yesterday morning, marketing operations for the wheat crop began in Deir Ezzor province in both SDF-controlled areas and Assad regime-controlled areas, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter. .
Our reporter said that wheat marketing operations in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor take place in the Euphrates Center, west of the city of Deir Ezzor, Al-Mayadeen, and Al-Bukamal, while in the areas controlled by the SDF, in the centers of 7 and 10 km and the Al-Sur district, north of the provinces at the same time.
It is noteworthy that as cars loaded with wheat drove to the collection centers in Deir Ezzor, the Assad regime’s checkpoints began imposing royalties on them, which increases the burdens on farmers.
