DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

Last night, 3 theft incidents occurred in the Hamidiya neighborhood of Deir Ezzor, after which the people submitted complaints to the eastern section of the Assad forces.

The incidents included the breaking of the doors of shops and the burglary of houses, while the police stations stood by and watched such incidents, as the fingers point to the soldiers and members of the National Defense Militia, whom al-Assad’s forces cannot deter or punish.

Thefts spread in the city of Deir Ezzor as a whole, and are active at night, against the background of power outages in the streets, and the absence of patrols, as thieves go out to civilians and steal their money in public, while the people surrender for fear of their lives.
