The Russian Reconciliation Center in the town of Hatla in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor distributed 400 food parcels to the people of Mazloum village, which included a liter of oil, 2 kg of rice, 3 kg of flour, and 5 cans of Nestle.
The residents of the village gathered with a special guard of military security, equipment and vehicles, in addition to a media cadre from the pro-Sama channel, in what is considered a farcical scene that the Russian forces perform from time to time, to suggest their control over the area.
The Russian forces represented by the Russian Reconciliation Center are polishing the image of their ally, the Assad regime, and exporting the humanitarian scene to the world, in an attempt to restore its legitimacy and re-float it.
