DeirEzzor24 exclusive report

A DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that a group of special forces affiliated with the Revolutionary Guard militia, at the urging of Alawite security, attempted to storm the town of Al-Duwair on Saturday evening.

Our reporter added that the storming attempt came to arrest wanted persons from the town. Still, some residents clashed with the patrol, and opened fire randomly, causing the storming group to withdraw towards Salhiya in Al-Bukamal countryside.

Both (Hajj Askar and Hajj Malik) accuse the people of the town of Al-Duwair of harboring militants, facilitating attacks on Iranian points, and cooperating with them in all operations targeting Mu’ayzilah points and the T2 station road, south of the city of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor Governorate.
