Deir Ezzor 24 network learned from informed sources that the cultivated areas of Deir Ezzor Governorate Police Commander, Major General Bilal Mahmoud, amounted to 600 dunams.
The areas are distributed among the towns of Mohassan, al-Abd and al-Boulel, which are irrigated from the third sector, while the brigade undertakes graft and corruption through its influence.
According to the sources, Major General Bilal’s share amounts to 5 passports from the Immigration and Passports Department, seized by 5 million Syrian pounds, as the passport is sold for one million pounds, through specialized brokers. He is also known for his participation in other investments with pledge companies in the region.
