DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
A DeirEzzor24 network reporter said that municipal patrols and violations in the city of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, are blackmailing shop owners in the city market.
According to the reporter, patrol members imposed on store owners sums of up to 150,000 Syrian pounds as a fine for exceeding the limit allowed by the municipality. They removed dozens of them from stores and imposed fines on them with the support of the police.
Whoever pays for the patrol is exempted from the fine and his place is exempt from any penalties.
