The fourth divisions publishes large group of its 555th Brigade on the banks of the Euphrates River in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, yesterday, according to what was reported by the DeirEzzor24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that the Fourth Division deployed reinforcements against the backdrop of clashes between groups affiliated with it and smugglers affiliated with the National Defense Militia at one of the river crossings west of Deir Ezzor, which ended with the smugglers burning the Fourth Division’s pickup truck.
It is noteworthy that a point of the Fourth Division at a gas station in the town of Al-Shamitiya, west of Deir Ezzor, was attacked at dawn yesterday by unknown assailants, resulting in deaths and injuries among the members of the point.
