The Solok City Council in the Raqqa countryside has begun implementing the installation of a barrier under the arch at the entrance to the market, with the aim of preventing trucks and heavy machinery from entering the market, as part of enhancing public safety and regulating traffic movement within the city.
The Council explained that the measure aims to reduce the damage that heavy vehicles may cause within the market, and to maintain the safety of citizens and public and private property, within an integrated plan to improve the service and organizational status in the city of Solok.
The Council called on truck drivers to adhere to traffic instructions and use the designated lanes for heavy machinery movement, which would contribute to achieving smooth traffic flow and raising the level of safety in the market.
