Today, Thursday, The SDF handed over Al-Jafra oil field in Deir Ezzor countryside to Deir Ezzor military council which is affiliated with them.
D24 network correspondent indicated that the forces of Deir Ezzor Military Council also took over Al-Azbah oil field in Deir Ezzor countryside.
The correspondent noted that the SDF had appointed the self-protection forces to be responsible for the oil fields in Deir Ezzor countryside, but then they handed them over to the military council.
The decision of the SDF to hand over the oil fields to Deir Ezzor Military Council was to avoid problems with people, especially after the recent incidents in which people demanded a reduction in the price of the oil and to be distributed on them.
