DeirEzzor24 exclusive report
After being cut off for more than four years, the markets of the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor province witnessed the return of Russian gasoline to vendors’ stalls in recent days, according to a DeirEzzor24 Network reporter.
Our reporter said that the stalls selling Russian gasoline are distributed near the headquarters of the Fifth Corps in the towns of Hatla, Al-Mari’iyah, and the city of Al-Mayadeen, east of Deir Ezzor.
It is noteworthy that the quality of the Russian gasoline offered is no better than that of market goods, as it is not free of fraud and is priced at 10,000 Syrian pounds per liter, and is being leaked by Russian generals in the region and through officers of the Fifth Corps after stealing the fuel allocations provided to the military police vehicles, military headquarters, and the Russian reconciliation center.
