DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Russian forces laid new anti-tank and anti-personnel mines along the southern side of the train railway, which forms the border separating the areas controlled by Assad’s forces and the SDF “east of the Euphrates” in Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the laying of these mines by the Russian forces came after the recent progress of the SDF and the establishment of new points for them north of the railway in the towns of Khasham, Al-Tabiya and Marat, northeast of Deir Ezzor.
The Russian forces attach great importance to this area, as it is the first line of contact with the international coalition forces in Deir Ezzor.
