The Russian forces have launched a new reconciliaiton process in the east of the Euphrates aimed at targeting the displaced from the seven villages of Hatlah, Salhiya, Khsham, Murat, Madlom, Tabiya Jazira and Hussieniya.
The reconciliations are carried out under the patronage of the the Russian reconciliation center in response to the protests which were held by the people of the aforesaid villages at the Salhiyah crossing this month.
Russia seeks to recruit agents so that they collect data and form sleeper cells in the east of the Euphrates, and it does not seek to recruit them into the ranks of the 17th Division and Assad institutions. Russia has also suggested to launch reconciliation operations in the Kharitah and Shumeitiya in the west of Deir Ezzor the next month.
