DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The DeirEzzor Network learned, from private sources, that several members of the National Defense Militia fled yesterday, after requesting support and supplies for the 17th Division at the Tabani points in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor and the town of Al-Duwair in its eastern countryside.
The sources said that the militia members disobeyed orders and fled due to the recent Daesh attack in Al-Tibni, which caused heavy losses to Assad’s forces.
The failure of the members of the Defense Militia to respond to the call of the 17th Division, and only sending less than 20 members, all of them from the Al-Busaraya group (Khader Al-Kharafan), put the militia leader, “Firas Al-Iraqiya,” in an embarrassing situation before the security committee in Deir Ezzor.
