In the past few days, COVID-19 cases increased in Al-Bussairah city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.

Members of al-Kassar tribe, including children, were infected with coronavirus in Al-Bussairah, and were transferred to the quarantine center in the factories area in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside, Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said.

The cases are increasing amid a decline in medical services and lack of necessary equipment to deal with the pandemic.
