The so-called “Nawaf al-Bashir” obtained permanent approval from the Fourth Division’s security officer, Brigadier General “Ghassan Bilal” for an open recruitment of soldiers and civilians from Deir Ezzor province in favor of the Fourth Division, while rehabilitating his son Laith “Abu al-Karr” for leadership and training.
Two batches of recruits graduated after undergoing two military training sessions , while the training of the third batch is still underwa in the Talai camp in the province, with a strength of 150 members, and a total of about 600 members were brought in the settlement operations, which were launched several months ago, in return for 80,000 SYP per month, and military cards proving their affiliation with the Fourth Division. They will operate on public roads, smuggling crossings and scrap warehouses.
It should be pointed out that a recent decision has not yet entered into force to establish headquarters for the Fourth Division in each village in the name of protecting villages, similar to the village guards of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia.
