Today, the Iranian militias in Deir Ezzor held mourning ceremonies at the Iranian cultural centers in Deir Ezzor province to mourn the commander in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani, Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent reported.
Our correspondent added that “Haj Sadiq”, an Iranian leader, received today condolences for the killing of Qassem Soleimani at the Iranian Cultural Center in Al-Qusour neighborhood in Deir Ezzor.
In a related context, the areas of Deir Ezzor under the control of Assad’s forces and Russian and Iranian militias witnessed an alert among the Iranian militias after the American air strike on the Iranian positions near Baghdad, that resulted in the killing of a number of senior Iranian military leaders, including the General in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani.
It is indicated that the United States occasionally carries out air strikes on Iranian military positions in Syria and Iraq.
