A brawl broke out between members of Liwaa Al-Quds militia in al-Qusour neighborhood of Deir Ezzor city on Monday, October 12, Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said.
In the details, our correspondent said that a group of members of Liwaa al-Quds militia, from Aleppo governorate, parked their car in front of (Elias Harb) girls’ school in Al-Qusour neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city, and as girls were getting out of school, they started to molest them. While doing that, a vehicle of Liwaa Al-Quds militia carrying members from the city passed by them. The members tried to prevent them from molesting the girls, which led to a brawl that developed into shooting between the two groups.
Molestation and verbal abuse incidents committed by militiamen have increased significantly in Deir Ezzor especially that Assad regime and militia leaders don’t hold them accountable.
