DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia has raised the readiness of its advanced points in the Deir Ezzor desert, doubled the numbers of its members and equipment, and escorted supply vehicles and road patrols, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that these measures of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia come after the escalation of Daesh operations in the Deir Ezzor desert, taking advantage of the foggy atmosphere.
Our correspondent added that the Al-Qaterji militia has brought in more than 200 volunteers from the Village Guards to increase the guarding of the oil fields and the checkpoints leading to them, for fear of any unknown attacks on the oil installations, under Russian directives.
Daesh has carried out more than one attack against Assad’s forces and Iranian militias in the Deir Ezzor desert since the beginning of last month, taking advantage of the foggy weather.
