DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Fuel prices have increased extremely in regime-held areas in Deir Ezzor province in areas controlled, during the past few days, according to a reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that fuel prices increased by nearly double, with diesel reaching 6,500 Syrian pounds, and gasoline 6,000 Syrian pounds, due to the cessation of river smuggling operations from SDF-controlled areas as a result of clashes with the tribes.
The Assad regime-controlled areas of Deir Ezzor depend largely on fuel smuggled from the SDF-controlled areas, due to its lower prices than the Assad regime’s fuel prices.
