DeirEzzor24 Network learned of the presence of traders working for the Revolutionary Guard militia in the city of Al-Bukamal, causing the disappearance or shortage of some food and vegetables.
Our reporter said that these merchants are working to buy refrigerator trucks carrying foodstuffs, fruits and vegetables, to be smuggled into Iraq through smuggling crossings, as customs are unable to stop trucks belonging to the Revolutionary Guard militia.
It is worth noting that the Iranian-backed militias and the merchants and coordinators working under their umbrella carry out all smuggling operations from Syria to Iraq and vice versa through smuggling crossings in the Al-Bkamal countryside, east of Deir Ezzor.
