Sources revealed to Deir Ezzor 24 network that for the second time, Iranian militias have pushed an Iftar (a breakfast in Ramadan) invitation for the tribes Sheikhs and elders of al-Mayadeen area in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The sources said that the Iranian militias have pushed the Iftar for an unknown reason, where the invitation was scheduled two days ago but it was postponed without explaining the reasons.
The sources revealed that Iranian militias had invited more than 40 people in Al-Mayadeen city east of Deir Ezzor, but the real reasons behind the postponement are still unknown.
It is noteworthy that the Iranian militias rely heavily on the elders and tribal Sheikhs of the areas to attract the young men living in the areas outside Assad regime’s control.
It is indicated that the Iranian militias almost completely control Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, and follow the carrots policy of luring the people of the region.
