DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Flour is currently missing in markets in areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor province, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
According to him, flour is now being sold through smuggling routes and secretly, away from the eyes of the security branches, as it is a substance prohibited by the Assad regime.
He added that citizens need flour on Fridays when ovens stop working, in addition to the shortage of allocations for most families and the poor quality of the loaf in public bakeries.
It is noteworthy that the price of a 50-kg bag of flour is approximately 125 thousand liras if available on the black market.
