DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Fishermen have stopped fishing in the Euphrates River in Deir Ezzor, as a result of the extortion operations practiced by the military points on the beach, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the points of al-Assad forces now impose an amount of 10 thousand Syrian pounds for each point, in addition to imposing a quantity of fish for the benefit of the police units in the town where fishing is practiced (lunch for the teacher).
A good number of people from the countryside of Deir Ezzor work in the profession of fishing, and Assad’s forces were the reason for cutting off their livelihoods.
