The Director of Health in Deir Ezzor held a meeting today with representatives from the humanitarian medical organization Médecins Humanitaires pour l’Aide aux Déplacés (MEHAD). The discussion focused on the challenges facing medical centers in the governorate and mechanisms to support them to ensure the continuity and expansion of healthcare services across various areas.

In this context, a delegation from the organization, headed by its director, conducted a field visit to the city of ohassan. The tour included the municipality building, the health clinic, and Hakem Al-Fandi Secondary School, to assess the service and health conditions and explore ways of cooperation to support key sectors contributing to the improvement of services provided to residents.

This meeting comes within the framework of strengthening the partnership between the health sector and supporting organizations, with the goal of achieving a more effective and sustainable response and contributing to the development of the health, educational, and service reality in Deir Ezzor Governorate.
