20 members of the Assad forces were killed and about 17 others were injured, in an attack carried out by Daesh, at 2:00 p.m., on 4 buses that were transporting them in the desert of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that Daesh cells launched an attack on 4 buses that were transporting members of the 17th Division of Assad’s forces from their points in the vicinity of T2 station to their headquarters, which resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries.
The cells are active in the Deir Ezzor desert, and use it as a launchpad to launch attacks against Assad’s forces and Iranian militias.
