Today, Daesh mobilized and deployed a massive manpower to the city of Deir Ezzor, amid reports that the group is planning to launch a massive offensive in order to force Assad forces out of the city in the coming hours.
Since the morning, the organization has been sending armored vehicles to all military areas under its control inside the city of Deir Ezzor and its southern and western vicinity.
Meanwhile, Daesh fighters were seen burning tires in the city to hamper Assad-regime air strikes.
Daesh “has promised” that the coming hours will be decisive in Deir Ezzor city.
The group launched an attack on the southern part of Deir Ezzor earlier this month in which it succeeded in gaining control over several areas to retreat from them few days later.
