On the other side (the side of Assad’s forces), the situation is no better, where according to some eyewitnesses, four Russian nurses, who do not speak the Arabic language well and do not carry devices with them, ask the people (Are you infected with Covid 19?), ( Is your temperature high?), (Do you feel something like sweating, nausea….?), which aroused scorn and ridicule among the people passing through that crossing.
Deir Ezzor province is the most vulnerable region in Syria to the spread of Covid 19, due to the continued influx of the so-called Iranian pilgrims into Deir Ezzor areas, without being subjected to any test, as it is not allowed to examine or even question them, according to the orders of Assad regime.
