Over the past two days, 17 people infected with coronavirus (Covid-19) entered the quarantine department at Al-Assad Hospital in the city of Deir Ezzor. 24.
Overcrowding, people’s standing in lines to obtain major goods, crowding due to the Spring of Deir Ezzor 2021 Festival, and people’s weak immunity system caused Covid-19 cases to increase. The majority of people cannot afford fruit and vegetables that contribute to enhancing immunity due to expensiveness.
Recording these cases of Covid-19 coincides with deteriorated medical conditions in the Assad regime-controlled areas in Deir Ezzor.
