On Tuesday, December 29, a state of security and military alert prevailed al-Mayadeen city eastern Deir Ezzor, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
The alert was raised as a ministerial delegation headed by the Prime Minister of Assad regime was visiting al-Mayadeen city.
Our correspondent confirmed that tribal figures came to the city to meet the delegation and take photos with it.
