On Wednesday November 18, 2020, the Assad regime’s Military and State’ security branches stole two fuel tankers allocated for areas in the western Deir Ezzor countryside.
Four fuel tankers arrived in villages in the western Deir Ezzor countryside to be distributed to residents; however, the Military and State Security branches’ patrols distributed the fuel of two tankers and seized the two others.
The Assad regime’ security branches sell diesel they steal in markets at so high prices for the benefit of officers.
