DeirEzzor24 exclusive report
The Assad regime has set a condition on Albukamal residents to deliver subsidized goods such as bread and gas, requiring them to obtain a “bank card” and register with the Agricultural Bank, according to what the correspondent of Deir Ezzor 24 Network reported.
Our correspondent said that as a result of this condition, dozens of people, including the elderly, have been spending the night in front of the bank since nightfall to get an advanced turn the next morning to obtain a bank card.
It is noteworthy that the bank employees are the ones who create the crowding to force residents to pay a bribe ranging between 75 and 125 thousand liras in exchange for allowing them to enter without delay.
