A reporter of the DeirEzzor24 Network said that Assad and SDF forces deliberately shot randomly over the residents while crossing between the two banks of the Euphrates River at the river crossings.
Our reporter added that the purpose of Assad and SDF forces in this act is to terrorize the residents and raise the crossing fee under the pretext of clashes between the two parties.
Real clashes erupt between SDF and Assad forces on an almost daily basis in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, which both parties are now exploiting to collect money from the residents.
