A new Iranian doctor arrived in Deir Ezzor Governorate and was appointed as director of the hospital in the town of Salihiya in the Albukamal countryside, east of Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to what a private source told the DeirEzzor24 network.
The source said that the doctor has the title of Al-Hakim “Abu Turab” and supervises four doctors and a health staff from the governorate, noting that the reports received indicate that he is a nurse and not a doctor.
It is noteworthy that the Iranian hospitals and medical points spread in Deir Ezzor Governorate are concerned with treating members of the Revolutionary Guard militia, in addition to paid hospital departments to examine civilians from the population, while serious cases are transferred to the military hospital in the city of Deir Ezzor and hospitals in the capital, Damascus.
