Khalaf Al-Asaad form the Murt town has returned to the bosom of the regime after undergoing a reconciliaiton process. He served as the head of the SDF legislative council for two years , noting that he took position after the assassination of Marwan Al-Fatih.
Al-Assaad, born in 1965, was a member of the People’s Assembly from Deir Ezzor Governorate, the second sector, and served for two terms, as his membership continued until the start of the Syrian revolution.
Al-Asaad worked in the oil trade and was a member of Daesh public relations in Deir Ezzor in 2015 until Daesh was forced out of the region, while today he returns to show his loyalty to Assad and his militias.
