A new Russian officer from the Hmeimim base has arrived in Deir Ezzor to lead the Russian forces for a period of three months, according to DeirEzzor24 network’s local sources.
According to the sources, the officer arrived in Deir Ezzor several days ago, and began his intensive activity to prevent any penetration and targeting of coalition sites from villages east of the Euphrates.
