A new means to blackmail the people of Deir Ezzor

For renewal, the Red Crescent requires the beneficiaries to acquire a family statement within a maximum period of one week, which means overcrowding in queues by those wishing to renew, which means opening a new door for employees to receive bribes, as the value of obtaining a family statement is 15,000 SYP, while its actual value does not exceed 1000.
