DeirEzzor24 exclusive report

A private source told the Deir Ezzor 24 network that approximately 200 sheep were smuggled into Iraq from Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, last night.

The source added that the sheep were transported to Iraq by trucks and cars belonging to the Revolutionary Guard militia, through the smuggling crossing, under heavy guard.

He pointed out that these sheep belong to a leader of the Revolutionary Guard militia, nicknamed “Abu Nimr al-Mashhadani,” who works in trade and owns a farm in the Al-Hamdan area.

It is noteworthy that the majority of Revolutionary Guard militia leaders work in smuggling between Iraq and Syria through unofficial crossings run by Iranian-backed militias.
