DerEzzor24 exclusive report
Yesterday evening, trucks (tankers) loaded with narcotic drugs entered the Revolutionary Guard militia across the Iraqi border through the railway crossing in Albukamal towards the city of Deir Ezzor, according to what was reported by the DeirEzzor24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that the tankers and their cargo remained stationed in the “Panorama” area at the southern entrance to the city of Deir Ezzor, accompanied by a guard of Iranian-backed militia members, and then set off towards Hawija Sukr, which is one of the most prominent militia strongholds in the region.
It is noteworthy that this is one of the few times that Iranian-backed militias smuggle narcotic substances from Iraq to Syria, as the drug production line, as is known, begins with the Hezbollah militia in Lebanon and some of its headquarters in Syria.
